Hi,
I am from the Town of Hampstead. I want to ask for some help for a project I want to work on in Town in the spring. We have a old graveyard that the town owns. I would like to transform portions of it into a large flower garden. The Master Gardeners of Howard County have done the same with one in Ellicott City called the Wipps Cemetery it looks great . I would love to get this done on a smaller scale in Town. Please contact me as soon as possible
Thanks
